Driving (?) this… thing (?)… with my brother, Chewie, who’s clearly wondering what the flying f!ck I’m doing.

Even though my dad often calls me Miss Daisy, you might as well call me Tania because that’s my actual name. I was born 23 years ago in Barcelona, Spain, a city that I love dearly. I finished my degree on English Studies last July and now… well, now I’m just kind of wondering where I want to go from here. Until then, I’m just going to stick to the only thing I’ve ever been completely certain of: playing with words. When I’m not writing or working, you can find me reading, hiking, watching and practically memorizing all kinds of coming-of-age TV shows or trying to rap, a task that has never proved to be useful in any way. What a shame.

I’m also really into the supernatural, which fascinates and scares the hell out of me in equal measure, but it’s something I’ve always been very curious about. In fact, I’m curious about almost everything. That’s something I’ve learned about myself in the past few years. My hunger for knowledge only grows. I’m interested in so many things that sometimes I get worried I won’t have the time to do or know as much as I want to. I’m also very critical sometimes. And opinionated. I usually have very clear ideas about whatever I’m discussing and I can’t keep my mouth shut, which may or may not be something I should probably work on. As Pacey Witter would say,“there is not a single subject on the face of the planet that she doesn’t have an opinion about.” (I have a Master’s Degree on Pop Culture, don’t ya know.) But for now I’m just going to share all of my views here and work on that later. 😉

  1. It’s really interesting because Tania sounds like a local name here in Bangladesh, India, and other South Asian regions. I totally would have thought you were in any of these countries if you tried to fake it. 😉

Anyway, nice to meet you! 🙂
